Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from Cairo, Egypt.
International shipping times and customs procedures may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Orders are processed Sunday–Thursday.
During sale periods, collection launches, or high-demand moments, processing times may take up to 3 additional business days.
Pre-Order Items
Some products may be available for pre-order. This will always be clearly stated in the product description along with an estimated shipping date.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

International
Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Exact shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authorities.
Nuu Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Attempts & Pickup Points
Once your order is dispatched, the courier may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point. The courier may notify you via email, SMS, or phone call with instructions for collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period.
If a parcel is not collected or delivered within the designated delivery attempts, the courier may dispose of the shipment according to their local policy. In that case, Nuu Studio is not responsible for uncollected parcels and refunds cannot be issued.
